How to read an event rule before interpreting a market
A sports label becomes meaningful only when the event scope and settlement rule are clear. In cricket, check the match format, scheduled overs, named participants and treatment of a shortened or abandoned match. In football, confirm whether a market covers regulation time only or includes extra time. In tennis, retirement and walkover rules can differ. In kabaddi, verify the competition and whether overtime is included.

Interpreting odds without turning the explanation into advice
